Tradebrary is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms or companies. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, data accuracy, fees, or policies of any third-party platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradebrary and its owner shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, any product or information we provide, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your use of our products is entirely at your own risk.
